Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are dispatched on Thursdays. The last order must be placed by 3pm on Wednesday to be included in the week’s deliveries. Any order received after 3pm on Wednesday will be scheduled for dispatch the next Thursday.

Deliveries are made anytime between 9am and 5pm. Your order will be delivered to the contact details you submitted upon confirming your order. Please be sure to submit the correct phone number and location. 

The Bougie Bend Down can only confirm the date your delivery will be made not the exact time. The order of deliveries will be made at the discretion of the courier.

If for any reason your order is not delivered on the set date, The Bougie Bend Down will contact you via the number or email provided by you to rearrange delivery on the next possible date.

In the event you are unable to meet the courier to receive your delivery on the agreed date/location please contact us on info@thebougiebenddown.com to rearrange delivery on the next possible date. 

Any rescheduling of delivery date or location must be made with us via the mode stated above and not with the courier. The Bougie Bend Down will not be liable for non-delivery of any orders where the customer arranged redelivery with the courier and not The Bougie Bend Down.

Deliveries are made by independent contractors and not employees of The Bougie Bend Down.

Pick-ups

A pick-up option for your package is available on Thursdays only. Please email us on info@thebougiebenddown.com to inform us if you would like to opt for this. The email must be received by or before 3pm on Wednesday to be included in the week’s pick-ups.

Pick-up location: Airport Residential Area. Further details will be supplied to you via email before your package is ready for pick up.
